Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Zealous International Institute of Digital Marketing (referred to as “ZIIDM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the cancellation of services and the eligibility for refunds.

Cancellation Policy

Course Cancellation by Participant: If you wish to cancel your enrollment in a course provided by ZIIDM, you must notify us in writing at least [number of days] days before the scheduled start date of the course. Upon cancellation, you may be eligible for a refund subject to the terms outlined in the Refund Policy below.

Course Cancellation by ZIIDM: ZIIDM reserves the right to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances such as insufficient enrollment or instructor unavailability. In such cases, we will notify enrolled participants as soon as possible and provide alternative options or a full refund.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds will be processed based on the following criteria:

Cancellation by Participant: Refunds will be issued if the participant cancels their enrollment according to the terms specified in the Cancellation Policy.
Course Cancellation by ZIIDM: If ZIIDM cancels a course, enrolled participants will be entitled to a full refund of the course fees.
Unsatisfactory Experience: If you are dissatisfied with the course content or delivery and wish to request a refund, you must notify us in writing within [number of days] days of the course start date. Refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Process: Refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@ziidm.com along with the reason for the request and any supporting documentation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within [number of days] days of approval.

Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that certain fees such as registration fees or administrative charges may be non-refundable. Any such fees will be clearly communicated to you at the time of enrollment.

Exceptions

Force Majeure: ZIIDM shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this policy if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, or government regulations.
